Interlock USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Associate with the enthusiasm to drive sales growth and market share of our product range throughout Northwest USA. Our company specializes in designing innovative and customized hardware solutions for the residential window and door market in North America and is based in Reno, Nevada. Our product line includes advanced systems for sliding, hung, casement and awning windows, sliding, swing and folding doors as well as a full line of European hardware solutions.

Role Summary:

Reporting to the Western US Sales Manager, you will be tasked with developing new and existing relationships with customers to increase sales. Your inquisitive mind and drive to learn will allow you to pick up product knowledge as you introduce new product ranges and provide technical advice to customers.  Understanding our customers’ businesses will also be key as you scout opportunities for sales growth by using customer feedback to inform product improvements and product introductions.

To be successful in this role you will be a professional, confident, and disciplined self-starter with proven sales experience managing both large and small customers and delivering technical and service based solutions to achieve sales targets.

Ideally, the successful candidate will based in the Greater Seattle area (WA) with frequent travel within North America required.


  • Proactively solicit and schedule meetings with new and existing customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular and meaningful communication
  • Conduct sales presentations through various mediums on a regular basis including trade shows
  • Assess customer needs and present viable product options to meet current and future demands
  • Negotiate and prepare bids and pricing for customers
  • Field customer concerns and inquires across a range of products while working to resolve potential issues including quality and warranty in a professional manner
  • Collaborate internally with product development, operations and customer service to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
  • Inform customers of updates, changes or new releases related to products
  • Develop regular work plans and strategies while communicating effectively with management

Accountable for achieving company objectives in relation to:

  • Sales budgeting 
  • Forecasting 
  • Successful promotion and sales of existing and new products 
  • Customer relationships and satisfaction 

Experience will include:

  • Knowledge in the North American Fenestration industry, preferably in the hardware end of the business
  • Two to five years of outside sales experience
  • Strong ability to prioritize, plan, organize and execute
  • High level of business and commercial acumen
  • Experience in relationship management
