RENO, Nev. (March 26, 2018) – Interlock USA, a subsidiary of ASSA ABLOY New Zealand, based in Reno, Nevada, has hired industry professionals Rob Roundy as regional sales manager and Shaun Grindall as territory sales rep., both are newly created positions to support Interlock’s growing customer base and facilitate growth amongst residential window and door OEM’s.
“Rob and Shaun each bring with them an outstanding reputation and experience within the fenestration industry,” said Axel Husen, president of Interlock USA. “They are a perfect fit for our team and we are super excited to have been able to bring them on.”
With 18 years of sales experience, Roundy joins Interlock USA from Deceuninck North America and Truth Hardware, where he served as the western regional sales manager and sr. territory manager since 1999. As regional sales manager, Rob will service the Western region of the United States along with British Colombia and Alberta, Canada. Eduardo Flores and Marc Lauzon will continue overseeing the West and Canadian territories.

Grindall brings 14 years of industry experience to his roll, having worked for much of his career as a successful sales rep. and account manager. Prior to joining Interlock, Shaun was with Aptus Sales Group. Amesbury Group and Infinity Windows and Doors. As territory sales rep, he will represent Interlock in a portion of the Midwest and Northeast United States. Angel Tuanama and Jan Huml will continue overseeing the East and Midwest territories.
